For investors who don't have the time or desire to manage their money, HCM offers a unique money management capability.  We employ mutual fund switching based on our proprietary index, HVI.  Because we are fee-based, we do not have a conflict of interest, in managing client money, that some sales based brokers or commissioned financial  planners may have.  Harloff Capital Management manages client money by discretionary authority granted by a limited power of attorney.  We do not accept custody of your funds or securities. Your money remains safely deposited with a third party.
 

When our advanced technology indicates that it is time to buy or sell a specific mutual fund, we  place the trade for your account. You will receive trade confirmations and  statements  from both HCM and the third party custodian.  Harloff Capital Management, of Harloff Inc., provides an investment methodology which is mathematically intensive and unique to HCM.This methodology constitutes our specialized service and it encompases: (a) mutual fund switching or timing, (b) dynamic asset allocation and sector rotation, (c) overall market timing.  Client funds may be switched between domestic and international equity and bond funds, and money market funds when proprietary analysis methods indicate the advisability of such switching. Additionally, proprietary means are used to time the overall market, e.g. determine when funds should be invested in equities. Investments are made in mutual funds for which market quotations are readily available.

Our  minimum account size is $100,000.  We bill management fees quarterly, in advance, and deduct our management fees from your account. The non-incentive program fee schedule is given below.
